Established at four partner institutions, these labs are dynamic spaces where students collaborate with industry and community partners to create innovative, sustainable solutions. Through immersive experiences and cross-disciplinary projects, students explore the cultural, environmental, and economic aspects of food systems. The labs promote continuous innovation, offering students the chance to engage with stakeholders in the food and hospitality industries, and develop practical solutions that address pressing challenges in the sector.
